IbetMohegan.com Rewards Official Rules

1. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to join ibetMohegan.com.

2. Membership on ibetMohegan.com is free, however, $25 must be deposited to activate the membership. $25 initial deposit is not a subscription or membership fee. This is a requirement for membership.

3. Membership is limited to one user per card/account.

4. Membership and any associated program benefits are non-transferable.

5. Only the named account holder is authorized to redeem points.

6. There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.

7. No redemptions for cash may be made as part of this program. Other than special promotions or incentives, the published wagering matrix and track classification applies. One point is equivalent to a $1 value in wagering tokens (cannot be withdrawn and cannot be used as cash).

8. ibetMohegan.com reserves the right, from time to time, to amend the classification of tracks, spend levels or bet types to different reward levels, as appropriate. Customers will not be directly informed on a 1-to-1 basis, however, any changes to the matrix will be published within 24 hours of the amendment on the rewards page of the ibetMohegan.com website. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they check the latest rewards information before they make wagers.

9. Member wagering levels will be evaluated every month. Membership Level may increase or decrease depending on the wagering levels in the prior month.

10. ibetMohegan.com reserves the right to adjust Membership Levels and to add points to a Member account at its discretion.

11. Points not redeemed at the end of each calendar year will roll over into the next year.

12. ibetMohegan.com points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

13. ibetMohegan.com reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the ibetMohegan.com rewards scheme.

14. All decisions by management are final.

15. Successful registration as a ibetMohegan.com customer signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.

16. ibetMohegan.com reserves the right to deactivate a ibetMohegan.com rewards account if it is not utilized in a 54-week period or at its discretion. In the case of account deactivation, all accumulated points will be void.

17. Using the ibetMohegan.com rewards account to unfairly earn points via deception, partnering or any other method will be considered abuse. Noncompliance with these rules or misuse of the account, card and privileges will result in revocation of membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.

18. ibetMohegan.com rewards members are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.

19. Officers and employees, and their immediate families, of ibetMohegan.com, Pocono Downs At Mohegan Pennsylvania and Global Tote US, LLC and its agencies and affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the ibetMohegan.com rewards scheme.

20. The right is reserved to terminate, revise, modify or withdraw the ibetMohegan.com rewards scheme at any time without prior notice.
